Skirlington Market & Car Boot was founded more than 30 years ago and is located on the site of Skirlington Leisure Park.. Skirlington Leisure Park is located near Skipsea on the beautiful East Yorkshire coast has over 70 acres of parkland adjoining open countryside and the sea.. The park has a David Bellamy award for conservation. The leisure site was originally a farm and the market continues to make use of the farm buildings today. The old agricultural barns have become the large indoor market and now house The Cow Shed Bar, Cafes, Farm Shop and a fantastic range of stalls.
People flock to Skirlington year after year and this is why it continues to be Yorkshire's biggest and best Sunday Market & Car Boot.
