1. How do I book Blue Sky Coaches Day Trips or Holidays?

Once you have selected your Blue Sky Coaches Holiday or Day Trip and are ready to make a booking, you can choose one of the following options to confirm your reservation.

1) Book online - Simply follow the online booking procedure on this website and you can reserve your Holiday or Day Trip from the comfort of your own home 24 hours a day.

2) Telephone a member of our reservations team - Should you wish to discuss your Holiday or Day Trip with a member of our reservations team, simply contact us on 0113 2771474 and we will be delighted to check availability and provide answers to any queries you may have.

2. What are your office opening hours?

Our opening hours are:

Monday to Friday - 8:00am to 5:00pm
Saturday - 9:00am to 5:00pm
Sunday & Bank Holidays- Closed

3. How much deposit do you need for Day Trips and Holidays?

All Day Trips must be paid in full at the time of booking, we regret that we are unable to make provitional bookings for these. We require a non-refundable deposit of £50.00 per person on all Holidays. The remaining balance of your Holiday will be due 6 weeks prior the departure date.

4. What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept the following methods of payment:

2) Debit Cards
3) Blue Sky Gift Vouchers

5. Will you send me a reminder when my balance payment is due for my Holiday ?

No, it is your responsibility to pay the balance by the due date. The date your balance is due to be paid will be printed on the confirmation/invoice document. Balance payments can be made by debit/credit cards or gift vouchers.

6. Can I reserve a specific seat (s) on the coach?

Requests for particular seats can be made at the time of booking. All allocations are made at time of booking, therefore early booking is advisable if you prefer seats near the front of coach. It is possible that for operational reasons, a coach of a different seat configuration may be used and we must therefore reserve the right to alter a seating plan and re-allocate seats other than those you have booked. We reserve the right to move single travellers to optimise availability on the coaches, so that we are not left with empty seats on the vehicles. We shall have no liability in relation to any such change of specification. Specific seats will not be allocated on feeder coaches. In the present climate seats will be notified by your driver on the departure day, for all Holidays and Day Trips due to social distancing, therefore if you have a seat request, please notify us at the time of booking and we will try to arrange this for you, although we cannot make guarantees.

7. What is my luggage allowance for Holidays?

Please restrict your luggage to one medium sized suitcase per person. Please note we cannot accept responsibility for luggage or personal belongings carried or left on our coach, feeder coach, or sub-contracted coaches.

8. When will I receive my travel documents?

A confirmation will be issued on the day your booking is made and sent either by post or by email pdf. Approximately two weeks prior to the tour departing, you will be sent a Travel Document pack, which will contain your Final Travel Confirmation, luggage labels, coach depature time and itinerary.

9. Can I make special requests for my Holiday?

Should you have any special requests, please ensure they are advised at the time of booking, we will then forward them to the relevant hotels. We regret however that such special requests cannot be guaranteed. On all our tours bedrooms are allocated without any guarantee of views. Town centre hotels particularly are often built with no view whatsoever. Some hotels may hold functions that cause noise, this unfortunately is beyond our control.

10. Are your Holidays suitable for people with disabillities?

Our Holidays have been carefully planned to include as much of interest as possible. Inevitably some Holidays include lengthy periods of travel and some walking on sightseeing excursions. Additionally, hotels may have steps to contend with and may not have lifts. We will try our best to look after disabled passengers, however it is important that you contact us to discuss any requirements you may have. We can then check the suitability of your chosen holiday to your particular disability before making a reservation. Please advise if you wish to bring a wheelchair or walking aid. We will accept lightweight wheelchairs or walking aids up to a maximum weight of 16kg providing that we have been notified in advance and they can be folded for stowage in the luggage compartment.

IMPORTANT: We will accept lightweight foldable battery powered mobility scooters, that do not exceed 16kg, anything above will not be accepted. Drivers cannot be expected to provide assistance to passengers that involves any form of carrying or lifting of a person on or off the coach.
