HOLIDAY BOOKING CONDITIONS
All reservations with Blue Sky Coaches are accepted subject to the following conditions being accepted. All prices are based on twin/double occupancy bedrooms in hotels or cabins on board ships, single supplements may apply, which will be notified prior to reservation. The majority of hotels that we use have lifts to all floors, but if you have mobility problems it is advisable to enquire prior to making your reservation. Blue Sky Coaches reserves the right to refuse or terminate a clients booking resulting in unreasonable behaviour, which our representative deems will cause other passengers, employees, third parties or property, danger, distress, damage or annoyance. If you have your holiday cancelled because of this, Blue Sky Coaches will not be responsible for any extra costs incurred by you for repatriation etc, and full cancellation charges will apply and under no circumstance will we offer any refund, our responsibility for your holiday thereupon ends. We cannot allow any pets on board our coaches. You must be at your collection point at the designated time, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or expense incurred because of your late arrival at any point throughout the tour.
DEPOSITS are required to secure your reservation at £50.00 per person, please note that these deposits are non-refundable. The balance of all monies will be due 6 weeks prior to your departure on all holidays.
Should you have to cancel, this must be done in writing and the following cancellation charges will apply

INSURANCE: It is advisable to purchase adequate travel insurance for all your travel requirements, this is not available to purchase from Blue Sky Coaches. Travelling without your own insurance will therefore be at your own risk and we will take no responsibility for travel or other expenses incurred.
CHILD REDUCTIONS: For children aged 11 years and under, child reductions are available when travelling with two full fare paying adults, enquire at the time of booking. We will not be able to permit children aged under 18 years to travel alone without an adult.
PASSPORTS: For all departures to Europe a full 10 years passport is required. If you need clarification on your status as a British resident or you do not hold a full European passport, you must check with the Embassies or Consulates of the countries you are visiting to confirm the passport requirements. We cannot accept responsibility for any passengers who are not in possession of the correct travel documents and will have no choice but to continue without you and will have no responsibility for travel or other expenses incurred.
HEALTH: If there are any recurring health issues that you may have, which you may feel will affect your enjoyment, it is advisable that you seek advise from your GP prior to travel. It is also strongly advised that you obtain an GHIC card from the Post Office this will allow you to benefit from reciprocal health arrangements in EC countries; it does not however include repatriation if we have to continue without you and should not be used as an alternative to travel insurance.
CUSTOMS ALLOWANCES: It is your responsibility to adhere to the current allowances, Blue Sky Coaches cannot be held responsible if you are detained by the authorities and will have no choice but to continue the journey without you and will accept no responsibilities for any extra expenses incurred.
COMPLAINTS: If in the unlikely event you have cause for complaint during your holiday, you must inform the driver, who will do their utmost to resolve the situation. If the problem cannot be rectified you must put details in writing within 7 days of your return.
HOLIDAY DURATION & EXCURSIONS: Your holiday is determined by the number of days of travel, irrespective of the departure and return times. Any included excursions will be detailed in your holiday itinerary issued at the time of reservation, please note however, that these are subject to change and any excursions cancelled will not be refunded. Optional excursions maybe offered and these must be paid for in the resort and do not form part of the package booked with us. Blue Sky Coaches can make any changes to your holiday, with regard to the hotel or port without prior notice to ensure that the holiday can begin and end within the specified dates.
SPECIAL REQUESTS/DIETARY REQUIREMENTS:
Please notify us in writing of any requests, although we cannot guarantee requests, hotels will usually try to oblige where possible.
SMOKING OR VAPING is not permitted by passengers whilst on board our vehicles.
LUGGAGE: Blue Sky Coaches cannot be held responsible for luggage or personal belongings carried on our vehicles and it is your responsibility to ensure that your luggage is loaded on and off the coach. We ask you to restrict your luggage to one medium sized suitcase per person, maximum 15kg; we have to adhere to safety regulations in regard to fully laden vehicles. You must notify us in writing if you wish to take a collapsible wheel chair; unfortunately we are unable to take battery operated chairs on holidays.
SEAT BELTS are fitted for your own safety and all passengers are required to wear them whilst travelling in the UK and Europe, Blue Sky Coaches cannot be held responsible for any injury, loss or damage arising from your failure to wear your seatbelt. Should you leave your seat whilst on the coach, you do so at your own risk.
IF WE CANCEL YOUR HOLIDAY: We must have a minimum number of passengers to operate any tour, and sometimes this number may not be reached, in this case we must cancel your holiday. In the event of this you will be refunded all monies paid, but we will not be liable for any extras costs incurred by you. Cancellations will be notified in writing a minimum of 4 weeks prior to your departure.
DISABILITIES must be highlighted when making your reservations. Although we cannot guarantee requests, we usually find that hotels try to accommodate in these circumstances. Many of the hotels that we use do have lifts, however there maybe some steps to contend with, so please ask before making your reservation, Blue Sky Coaches cannot be held responsible for any problems or expenses incurred by you, resulting in your failure to mention this at the time of booking.
EUROPEAN TRAVEL: It is unlikely that hotels on the continent offer tea/coffee making facilities in the bedrooms. Menus offered are associated with the Country and although we try to choose hotels where they will offer choices at meal times, in some this may not be possible and set meals will be served.
BROCHURE ACCURACY: All details are correct at the time of going to print, Blue Sky Coaches cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions within the brochure. We reserve the right to amend any information provided prior to the contract between you and Blue Sky Coaches being concluded.
