A perfect day with a drive to the beautiful Lake District town of Bowness on Windermere, with its quaint shops, tea rooms and galleries, surrounded by breathtaking scenery.
The second part of the day is spent on board the Windermere Lake Cruise travelling around the vast Lake, take in the stunning Cumbria scenery, as we arrive at the station of Lakeside, here you will disembark from the boat and board the steam train for the third part of our day on board the Haverthwaite Railway.
The steam train meanders and "chugs" along through more amazing views as we reach the final destination to reboard the coach home.
